If my application is rejected, can I re-apply?

Yes. We will always give you the grounds on which you were rejected. Before you reapply, make sure these grounds are rectified and we will reassess your application.

How do I upgrade to an Advanced Translator?

Our Advanced Translators are selected using a much stricter vetting procedure. All of our Advanced Translators are members of highly respected regulatory bodies. If you gain membership to the ITI, IOL or ATA and are not listed as an Advanced Translator on our system please contact us immediately.

I am not sure how to use the AccessLanguage platform, do you have a detailed user guide available?

Once I have completed a job, how long will it take to get paid? Once your job has been approved by a LanguageNow project manager, you will be paid 10 working days from date of approval
